ఈ సందర్భంలో, నీలకొండపల్లి మండలం, ముత్తపురం గ్రామానికి చెందిన భాగం కిషన్ రావు అనే రైతు, గట్టు సింగారం రెవెన్యూ గ్రామంలోని సర్వే నెం. 156/E/1లో ఉన్న ఒక ఎకరం 4 గుంటల భూమిని అదే గ్రామానికి చెందిన కట్టా వెంకటేశ్వర రావుకు విక్రయించారు. వివరణాత్మక సరిహద్దు సర్వే పటాన్ని జతచేసి కుసుమంచి తహసీల్దార్ కార్యాలయంలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేశారు.
ఈ లావాదేవీకి భూధార్ నంబర్ (795GCHDCUPJ7H0) మరియు భూ పార్శిల్ పటం (భూకామత పటం-1) జారీ చేయబడ్డాయి.

State Minister for Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, stated that a farmer’s life is closely tied to land, and only when ownership rights are clearly established can their life remain secure. He emphasized that providing a verified survey map and a unique Bhoodhar number ensures confidence for farmers, security for families, and trust in the future.Under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, the state government is strengthening the revenue system and taking rapid steps toward permanent solutions for land-related issues. As part of this effort, the government has integrated land, survey, and registration departments under a single platform—the Integrated Bhu Bharati Portal—which is being implemented on a pilot basis since April 2 in selected mandals.These include Kosgi (Narayanpet district), Kusumanchi (Khammam district), Aswaraopeta (Bhadradri Kothagudem district), Amangal (Ranga Reddy district), and Vatpally (Sangareddy district).The Minister stated that making a survey map mandatory at the time of registration has been incorporated into the Bhu Bharati Act. Additionally, citizens can voluntarily apply for and obtain certified survey documents for their properties. This rule is currently being enforced in the five pilot mandals.On Tuesday, a historic milestone was achieved with the first-ever land registration using a survey map in Kusumanchi mandal of Khammam district. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the Integrated Bhu Bharati Portal would serve as a model for the entire country. In this instance, a farmer named Bhagham Kishan Rao from Muttapuram village (Nelakondapalli mandal) sold 1 acre and 4 guntas of land located in Survey No. 156/E/1 of Gattu Singaram revenue village to Katta Venkateswara Rao of the same village. The registration was completed at the Kusumanchi Tahsildar office by attaching a detailed boundary survey map.A Bhoodhar number (795GCHDCUPJ7H0) and land parcel map (Bhukamatha Patam-1) were issued for the transaction.The Minister affirmed that this system will be implemented across the state in phases to ensure permanent resolution of land disputes. Through the Bhu Bharati Act, the government has introduced complete transparency in land administration. Assigning accurate survey maps and unique Bhoodhar numbers eliminates ambiguity in ownership.He also noted that outdated survey methods have been replaced with advanced rover-based technology to ensure precise land measurement and mapping, making services more accessible and reliable for the public.
